Terms
Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026
Please read these terms before you use InfinitInvoice. They are written to be clear, so there is no small print.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Global Tech Develop Ltd (company number 16250551) for using InfinitInvoice. By creating an account or using InfinitInvoice you agree to them. If you use InfinitInvoice for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Plans and the free trial
The plans, prices and what each includes are on our pricing page. Prices are in pounds sterling and no VAT is added, because we are not VAT registered.
A new account gets 30 days with every feature. When the 30 days end, the account moves to the Free plan automatically unless you have chosen a paid plan. Nothing is charged for the trial.
Members of Freedom Property Academy who open InfinitInvoice from the academy may get a plan included with their academy membership, as the academy describes.
4. Paying for a plan
- Paid plans are paid by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, in advance.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- If a payment fails, we will let you know, and the account may move to the Free plan until it is paid.
- We will tell you before any price change applies to you, so you can cancel first if you wish.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time in Plan and billing. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your invoices, clients and settings stay in your account.
Payments already made are not refunded for the rest of the period, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Your invoices and data
Everything you put into InfinitInvoice stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains.
You are responsible for what your invoices say and for meeting your own tax and legal duties, such as VAT and the Construction Industry Scheme. InfinitInvoice is a tool to prepare and send documents; it does not give tax or legal advice.
7. Card payments from your clients
If you connect your own Stripe account to take card payments from your clients, those payments are between you, your client and Stripe, under Stripe's own terms. Stripe's fees apply to them.
8. Using InfinitInvoice fairly
You must not use InfinitInvoice to:
- break the law, or send invoices or messages that are fraudulent, misleading or unwanted;
- try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or rent out InfinitInvoice itself.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
9. The service
We work to keep InfinitInvoice available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example for maintenance. We may improve or change features over time. If we stop a feature that is part of a paid plan you are on, we will tell you first.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities, and our total responsibility to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for InfinitInvoice in those 12 months.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using InfinitInvoice at any time, and ask us to close your account and delete its data by emailing legal@globaltechdevelop.com.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell account holders about important changes by email or in the app before they apply.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
