Privacy policy
Last updated 10 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data InfinitInvoice collects, why, who we share it with and the rights you have. It applies to the website at infinitinvoice.com, the web app and the InfinitInvoice mobile apps.
1. Who we are
InfinitInvoice is run by Global Tech Develop Ltd (company number 16250551), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. For the personal data in your InfinitInvoice account we are the controller.
For the details of your own customers that you add to InfinitInvoice (your clients and the invoices you send them), you are the controller and we process that data for you, only to provide the service.
2. What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, your password (stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the password) and how you signed up (email, Google or Freedom Property Academy).
- Your business details: what you add to appear on your invoices, such as business name, address, company and VAT numbers, logo and bank details.
- Your clients and documents: the client names, email and postal addresses, tax references, invoices, quotes, receipts and statements you create.
- Your team: the names and email addresses of people you invite to your account, and their roles.
- How you use the app: the days you use InfinitInvoice, when you were last active, and a record of actions in your account (for example an invoice being sent), kept for security and support.
- Support: the messages and files you send us through the app or the contact form.
- Payments: paid plans are paid by card through Stripe. We see the plan, amount and payment status, never your full card number.
3. How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To provide InfinitInvoice (your account, documents, emails to your clients, reminders, payments and support): this is needed to perform our contract with you.
- To keep the service secure and working (sign in checks, activity records, fixing faults): our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable service.
- To understand how the website is used: only with your consent, given in the cookie banner.
- To keep records the law requires, such as records of payments: our legal obligations.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Clients and documents you delete are removed from your account. If you would like your account closed and its data deleted, email us and we will delete it, except anything the law requires us to keep, such as records of payments to us. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time before they are replaced.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data, or limit how we use it;
- send your data to you or another service in a common format;
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests.
You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. To use any of these rights, email legal@globaltechdevelop.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would like the chance to help first.
8. Keeping your data safe
Every connection to InfinitInvoice is encrypted (https). Passwords are stored only in scrambled form, accounts can only see their own data, and access to the servers is limited to the people who run the service.
9. Children
InfinitInvoice is a business service for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and its date, and tell account holders about important changes by email or in the app. Our terms of service explain the rest of how InfinitInvoice works.
